Rachel is a Founding Partner of Motivo Insights with more than 16 years of experience helping leading brands uncover and elevate the customer voice in critical business decisions. With a PhD in Sociology, she brings deep expertise in research design and a passion for applying the latest behavioral science to unlock meaningful insights that drive growth and impact. At Motivo Insights, Rachel partners closely with clients and her team to translate complex customer needs into clear, actionable strategies that maximize brand potential.
Outside the office, Rachel can be found running around local mountain trails in Colorado, competing in 50- and 100-mile ultramarathons, or traveling with her husband, Roger, and their dog, Mellie the Munchkin.
